After 30 years of technological advancements and design code evolution,  post-installed anchoring has become a very safe, reliable and productive fastening solution that is indispensable in every construction site daily works. However, due to fully leverage the safety and productivity gains, a few simple step-changers have to take place at both design offices and job sites.

In this webinar, the speaker will highlight these step-changers that will enable practitioners in Singapore to take the full advantage the advancements as well as pitfalls to watch out for during the design and site execution of post-installed anchoring. The speaker will also highlight the differences between post-installed anchor (to connect new steel members to concrete substrate), post-installed rebar (replacing missing reinforcing bars) and the importance  of not mixing the respective design methodologies.
