Eligibility & Documents Required for Certification Body (CB) – Technical Expert (TE) Application

Application fee of $54.50 (inclusive of 9% GST) will be collected upon COMPLETE submission.

(CB) – (TE) Eligibility (based on entry criteria derived from Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) CT31 document)	Number of years’ experience in Piling Works
Degree in Civil Engineering   Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Industry which includes;	Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Industry which includes;   Minimum 5 years related work experience in piling industries, pile design, consultancy, or related products in a technical, professionals or supervision Minimum 3 years audit experience in piling industries
Minimum 5 years related work experience in piling industries, pile design, consultancy, or related products in a technical, professionals or supervision position
OR   Minimum 3 years audit experience in piling industries Attended and PASSED the Certification Course for Piling Personnel (IESA/BCAA) **Note: You must NOT be a Qualified Piling Professionals (QPP)

2. Degree’s Certificate and full Transcripts/ Mark sheets
3. Diploma Certificate and full Transcripts/ Mark sheets for any advanced standing/ exemptions
4. Certificate of Successful Completion(e-CSC) (IESA/BCAA)
5. Copy of NRIC front & back
6. If you are aged above 65 (based on calendar year), you are required to submit a medical letter to state that you are physically fit for work in construction industry
