Eligibility & Documents Required for Certification Body (CB) – Piling Auditor (PA) Application

Application fee of $54.50 (inclusive of 9% GST) will be collected upon COMPLETE submission.

(CB) – (PA) Eligibility (based on entry criteria derived from Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) CT31 document)	Number of years’ experience in Piling Works
1. Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Building, Structural or Civil Engineering, or other related construction industry	Minimum 5 years full time working experience which includes:   Minimum 3 years full time working experience in construction-    related industry in a technical, professional or supervision position OR Minimum 3 years quality management system audit experience in construction-related industry
2. Have knowledge of current regulatory requirements and applicable Codes of Practice
3. Minimum 5 years full time working experience which includes: Minimum 3 years full time working experience in construction- related industry in a technical, professional or supervision position OR   Minimum 3 years quality management system auditexperience in construction-related industry
4. Attended training on ISO 9001
5. Successfully completed a course on Quality Management Systems Auditor / Lead Auditor (ISO 9001)
6. Auditor Minimum of 3 product certification audit for construction-related industry within the last 3 years The audit team should have at least one person with audit

3. Diploma Certificate and full Transcripts/ Mark sheets for any advanced standing/ exemptions
4. Certificate of Successful Completion(e-CSC) (IESA/BCAA)
5. Copy of NRIC front & back
6. If you are aged above 65 (based on calendar year), you are required to submit a medical letter to state that you are physically fit for work in construction industry
