The Global Engineers Leadership Programme (GELP) 2026, jointly organised by IES Academy (IESA) and NTUC PME, in collaboration with NUS, has successfully completed on 25 September 2026!
Held over five days and themed “AI and the Reshaping of Jobs”, GELP 2026 brought together senior engineering and business leaders to explore how AI, technology, geopolitics and industry disruption are shaping the future of engineering.

Ministerial Dialogue
Participants engaged in a dialogue with Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and Minister-in-charge of Energy and Science & Technology in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, moderated by Associate Professor Chai Kah Hin, Dean, NUS School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (NUS SCALE).

Fireside chat with Mr Danny Kim, Founder and CTO, FullArmor Corporation, on “From Cyber Startup to Global Markets – The Crucial Importance of Trust and Integrity”, moderated by Mr Lew Yii Der, Vice President (Professional Development), IES.
