Vision Zero: Process Safety and Lessons Learned from the Hong Kong Building Fire Incident
Jointly organised by Chemical & Process Engineering
Technical Committee and Health & Safety Engineering Technical Committee
This joint seminar brings together industry leaders, regulators, and safety professionals to explore Vision Zero in Process Safety, drawing critical lessons from the recent Hong Kong building fire incident. As urban environments grow more complex and interconnected, the boundaries between industrial, commercial, and residential risks are increasingly blurred. Through a series of expert presentations, the seminar will examine the full spectrum of process safety—from regulatory frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and engineering controls, to emergency response, human factors, and safety culture.
Date: 15 May 2026 (Friday)
Time: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Venue: voco Orchard Singapore
