Bridging Theory and Practice: Key Insights from the IES Young Engineers Forum 2025
The IES Young Engineers Committee (YEC) successfully convened the Young Engineers Forum 2025 on November 29 at PSB Academy City Campus, uniting young engineers and students from various Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs).
Centred on the theme “The Future of Young Engineers,” the forum featured an insightful panel discussion with industry leaders: Mr Mervyn Sirisena (IES Deputy President), Er. David Ng (IES Honorary Treasurer), and Dr Lim Chong Lye (Assistant Director, PSB Academy). The session was expertly moderated by Er. Victor Tan (Deputy Chair, YEC and Chair, IES Student Chapters Committee).
