Mode: Physical Class at IES Academy @ Jurong East

*There will be an Assessment Quiz by the end of the physical training. 

There will be a site visit to Waterway Ridges (Punggol) at the end of the session, where participants will go in two different batches.  We will arrange the buses to end at Punggol MRT station after the site visit; transport plans to be confirmed.
