Synopsis

The TuasOne Waste to Energy Plant was established by MHI-AP in December 2021 and taken over by MHIEC Eco Creation Singapore Pte Ltd, an O&M business SPC. The TuasOne Waste to Energy Plant is Singapore’s sixth waste-to-energy (WTE) plant can incinerate 3,600 tonnes of waste and generate 120 megawatts of electricity daily. The electricity produced is sufficient to power about 240,000 HDB flats.

Participants joining this site visit will be able to gain a better understanding on the solid waste management system in Singapore and tour around the plant to understand more on the treating process of transforming these collected waste into energy sources such as electrical energy that are then generated for use.

POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION
IES reserves the full rights to cancel or postpone the Event under such circumstances without prior reasons. And/or due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort, however, will be made to inform the participants or contact person of any cancellation or postponement. Fees will be refunded in FULL if any Event is cancelled by IES.
