IES reserves the right to postpone or cancel the webinar due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort, however, will be made to inform the participants or contact person of any cancellation or postponement. Fees will be refunded in FULL if the webinar is cancelled by IES. Please be informed that there will be a cancellation charge of 4.5% if cancelled by the participant.
