About Synopsis

Construction operations are now divided into small units, and a lack of communication between stakeholders has resulted in a significant increase in lead time. Due to a lack of collaboration between stakeholders, construction operations are currently divided into individual units, increasing lead time. This further complicates disputes and delay by leading to miscommunications about site conditions.

The communication of site progress will be digitally, evidentially, and effectively in the near future. Teams on-site and off-site can gain 30 percent more productivity by adopting a simplified and faster way to capture cost-effective 360° virtual sites to break down progress communication barriers.

The speaker will discuss 360° virtual sites as a means to capture, visualize, and share site progress. This is in line with BCA's encouragement for virtual inspection due to the limitations of physical site access, which enable project teams to gain productivity and efficiency.

In this webinar, we will discuss how 360° virtual sites enable Project Executives to make decisions any time, anywhere; as well as how imagines captured can be used as evidence to resolve variation orders.

During the live online training, you will learn how Supervisors can capture 360° virtual sites effortlessly in minutes, generate progress evidence reports in 1-click and save hours from tedious reporting and learn advanced use cases in virtual inspections.
