This seminar will be introducing Singapore's first standard in Maintenance of facilities, SS 652, with the intention of providing guidance to the built-environment professions on the good practices to design, construct, manage and maintain facilities. The standard covers the entire value chain of built-environment in a development project that concerns multi-disciplined practitioners, including architects, engineers, contractors and Facilities Management (FM) professionals.
