Seminar on Building Facade Inspection 2023:
27 June 2023, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium
(Atrium Ballroom, Level 4)
Back for its 2nd Run this year, the seminar will provide an update on the benefits realised and the challenges encountered, since the introduction of the new Periodic Façade Inspection (PFI) regime which came into effect on 1 January 2022.
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) has been encouraging the use of available technologies to increase productivity and efficiency in the Built Environment sector. When conducting façade inspections, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), or drones, can be used to assist the Competent Person (CP) in performing visual inspections. The use of drones makes façade inspections safer, more efficient and less labour-intensive.
Hear from our line-up of speakers on the effectiveness of PFIs, best practices in conducting PFIs and preparing reports, façade inspection schemes in Hong Kong and Singapore, the application of drone technology and Artificial Intelligence, practical considerations when conducting PFIs, case studies and specific façade inspection solutions.

[Promotion with Dealcierge]
Register Your Interest for Buy/Sell/Merge Your Engineering /Technology Consultancy or Company
IES-INCA is embarking on a pilot project to create a platform for IES members and Engineering/Technology Business owners to transact their companies.
Each company has its own life cycle and at times when the Founders or key shareholders are no longer keen or able to actively run the company, it can be transacted and passed on to the next generation or new parties to continue the mission and vision of the company.
The Company could also have significant assets both tangible and intangible ones which are of value and it would be a waste to see all the knowledge and know-how not be further passed on to the next generation of engineering or business leaders.
For those looking to sell their company, we have a Promotion with Dealcierge (https://dealcierge.io/) - Get a Valuation Report and Investor Presentation to start your journey to get acquired, available for a highly discounted fee. A limited number of reports are available for this Promotion, while stock lasts!
Note: For any queries, please email incubate@ies-inca.com.
