WFEO World Engineering Day Hackathon 2023 is now open for signups!

The World Engineering Day (WED) Hackathon, hosted by the World Federation of Engineering Organisations (WFEO), its members and partners, is a global competition that aims to engage engineering students from universities around the world to present engineering solutions for a global problem that is affiliated to the WED2023 Theme: Engineering innovation for a more resilient world.

Teams will work collaboratively on a problem to provide a set of deliverables within a short timeframe. Utilising their knowledge, students stand to gain experience, develop critical thinking, build new skill sets, push themselves out of their comfort zone, and build lasting relationships.

The Hackathon is now open for registration via the WED website and challenges would be released on 9 January 2023.
