BCA's Productivty Solutions Grant
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) launched the new $21 million tranche of the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) under BuildSG Transformation Fund (BTF) on 1 April 2023 for the Built Environment Sector. The grant will be available for 3 years from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2026, and aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) keen on adopting preapproved digital solutions, which enhance firms’ productivity under the Construction and Facilities Management Industry Digital Plan (IDP).
Enhancements and changes to the PSG include:
a. Refreshed grant cap of $30,000 per firm over 3 years
(from 1 Apr 2023 to 31 Mar 2026)
b. Funding support of up to 50% of the qualifying costs of the
pre-approved digital solutions
c. Greater emphasis on training and capability building

Society of Project Managers (SPM) 3rd SPM Golf Tournament 2023

SPM organizes its 3rd Golf Tournament 2023 in hopes of promoting and enhancing the relationship among its members, supporters, and friends from the Built Environment as well as raise funds for the SPM Secretariat to work towards having its very own secretarial office.
