Notice of Office Closure on 21 Dec 2022 (Wed)

Collection of IES Desk Calendar 2023

Invitation to participate in NTU Final Year Project Survey on Construction Project Management

NTU is collaborating with IES to research ways to improve construction project management locally. The research team is headed by Assoc Prof Robert Tiong and Dr Teoh Bak Koon, together with some final year undergraduates.

They are looking to survey people with PM experience or a good understanding of what PMs do in construction. It would be especially helpful if you have worked in Singapore's construction industry. This research would help raise the standard of PMs in Singapore, and your input would be of great help.

Feedback sought on the coordination of regulatory inspections
for building works


The Inter-Agency Coordinating Committee is inviting feedback from the industry on the coordination of regulatory inspections for building works.
 
Under the current regime, inspections are carried out by respective regulatory agencies. There has been feedback about repeated inspection visits by different agencies.
