Emeritus President Prof Cham Tao Soon, who headed IES from 1980 to 1982, has just published his autobiography, titled Cham Tao Soon: Life at Speed. It includes his experiences from his time at IES, PEB, SAEng, NTU, A*STAR, SMRT, and reflections on notable persons he has encountered, such as Lee Kuan Yew, Goh Keng Swee, S R Nathan, and more.
