General Advisory on Phishing

IES has received reports of email phishing attempts in our name in order to obtain sensitive personal/financial information of members. Members are advised to be mindful of such emails.

It is not standard practice for IES to seek sensitive personal details (such as financial account information, login credentials, one-time passwords, etc.) as they are not relevant to our day-to-day dealings with you.

In addition, emails originating from the IES Secretariat are from the domain @iesnet.org.sg. Electronic direct mailers are sent from do-not-reply@ies.org.sg. DO NOT give out your personal details at all times.

If in doubt, you may call us at our main line (6469 5000) for verification, or contact us via our general email or social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). Thank you.
