Invitation to be judges for National Robotics Competition

The National Robotics Competition (NRC), is an annual exciting event organised by Science Centre Singapore. It comprises a series of four tournaments: namely the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) Challenges, WeDo 2.0 Junior Challenge, Science Automatica, and Robot Arm Challenges.

The Science Centre is seeking volunteers to be a Judge for the NRC-WRO challenges happening from 9 to 13 September 2019 during the September school holidays. NRC-WRO team have to design, build and programme their robots to compete in a set of challenges. Each team will also research on the theme, relating their learning journey and engineering methodologies in the form of a short presentation to a panel of judges. Relevant technical expertise is not required.

CAFEO 37: 10 - 13 Sep 2019, Jakarta

The 37th Conference of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (CAFEO 37) will be held in Jakarta International Expo at Jakarta, Indonesia from 10 - 13 Sep 2019. It provides engineering professionals with a forum to exchange experiences and expertise in understanding recent regional developments in engineering and technology.
