Young Engineers Leadership Programme

IES has partnered NTUC to create a year-long Young Engineers Leadership Programme (YELP). This programme aims to provide training, mentorship and networking opportunities to young engineers to sharpen their technology management, leadership and soft skills. More information can be found here while the programme can be found here

Fire Safety Requirements for Fully Automated Mechanised Car Park (FAMCP) 2015

SCDF has released a revised set of fire safety requirements for FAMCPs. This will supersede the current set and take effect for plans of fire safety works submitted to SCDF from 2 May 2016. To access the circular, please click HERE
Increase in Allowable Gross Floor Area Quantum Cap for Childcare Centre Use in Place of Worship (PW) Developments

With immediate effect, URA will increase the Gross Floor Area (GFA) quantum cap for childcare centre use in PW developments from 300 sqm to 500 sqm provided the proposed increase is supported by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). For more information, please click HERE.
