IES Toastmasters Club is an interest group within the Institution of Engineers, Singapore which was formed in May 1991 with about 20 members. Some of its founding members who are still active are Mr. Chan Soon Kwong, Er. Dennis Wee and Er. APG Menon. The club’s objectives are to practice and hone communication and leadership skills of its members.
