| 1) |
IES will only post the e-jobs once payment has gone through. |

|
| 2) |
Companies posting their job titles are given a maximum of 5 job titles to post. |
| |
They can either: |
| |
- maximise the 5 job titles that are entitled to them; or |
| |
- are allowed a period of 6 months to post additional job titles should their job titles be less than 5. |
| |
|
| 3) |
When companies maximise the 5 job titles in a single posting, all 5 job titles will remain on the IES website for 1 month. The 6 month period does not apply. |

| 4) |
When companies have less than 5 job titles, the commencement of the 6 month period shall start when the 1st job title has been posted on the IES website. |
| |
e.g. When the 1st job title has been posted on 01 Jul 2010, the period will be from 01 Jul 2010 to 01 Jan 2011. |

| 5) |
Should companies wish to re-post the same job title, it will be taken as an additional posting. |
| |
|
| 6) |
Job postings will remain for 1 month on the IES website. However, should the company manage to find the required personnel before the 1 month period is up, the company has to inform Shaun (shaun@iesnet.org.sg) to remove the job posting from the website. |
